The Enemy of Oceania George Shen

No name is a greater enemy than Elmo. Elmo Goldstein is the enemy of the party and the source of endless sabotage. He represents the threat to peace in Oceania. He keeps spreading lies, obscuring the truth. His ultimate goal is to weaken people’s faith in Big Brother. We ought to defeat him and make him vanish.

Citizens see his ugly red face during the Two Minutes of Hate. His fat, fluffy, and red face is the definition of betrayal. He tries to fill people’s minds with lies and doubt. He always attacks the order that Big Brother has created. His words are disgusting and dangerous to all loyal citizens of Oceania.

The only goal that he has is to destroy the stability of our nation. Big Brother brings safety. Elmo Goldstein brings chaos. The Party assists people if they fall into any trouble. Elmo is the root of trouble. Every word, and every action that he commits is meant to weaken Oceania.

That is why the Two Minutes of Hate is so important. It reminds people of who we trust and who we must stay away from. We must not be brainwashed by his lies and remain loyal to Big Brother. As long as we stay together and remain loyal to the Party, Elmo Goldstein and all other enemies will never succeed.
